High School
Attended Fleming Island High School in Fleming Island, Florida, where he was a key for the Golden Eagles on the mound, finishing the season with an 8-1 record and a 1.66 ERA with 62 strikeouts in 54.2 innings of work. Helped FIHS to a 25-6 record and a runner-up finish in the 2021 6A state championship. Named to the 2021 All-Clay County 2nd Team. Was high school teammates with fellow FSCJ teammate Jack Gidcumb. Played for Coach Grant Bigilin.
