Bio
Prior to FSCJ (St. Johns River State College)
Missed the 2021 season due to a shoulder injury.
Redshirted in 2020 before the season was cancelled due to COVID.
High School
Attended Fletcher High School in Neptune Beach, Florida, where he was a key presence for the Senators on the mound, finishing his career with a 1.14 ERA over 90 innings, averaging 2 strikeouts per inning. Helped FHS to a 20-4 record in the 2019 season, highlighted by a shutout performance against Atlantic Coast, throwing 6 innings and recording 12 strikeouts while only allowing 1 hit. Won 2017 District Championship and advanced to the Sweet 16 of the 2017 state playoffs. Won 2019 Gateway Conference Championship. Named a Team Captain in 2019 and 2019 Preseason Perfect Game All-American, and selected to the All-District team in 2018 and 2019. Named Best of All First Coast 2018 and 2019, as well as a 2019 North Florida All-Star. Rated a Top 1000 National Player in the Class of 2019. Played for Coach Mike Grillo. Was an honor student and a member of the National Honor Society.

Born Brian Kenneth Veniard on May 21, 2001, in Jacksonville, Florida. Son of Jeff and Amy Veniard. Has one brother, Andrew. Uncle Jay played baseball at the University of Central Florida and was drafted by the Toronto Blue Jays. Brother Andrew is committed to play baseball at FSCJ. Enjoys fishing and working on cars. Majoring in Undecided.
