Sixth inning score defeats BlueWave baseball

The BlueWave basebal team suffered a heartbreaker when they lost a late lead. With the game tied at four and St. Pete at bat, Titan's Buckmaster hit a solo homer. FSCJ struggled to put runs on the board and then on top of that could not defensively contain St Pete giving up ten runs.

FSCJ tallied three runs in the second inning behind the firepower of DeJuan Patterson II and Sebastian Dunn, all driving in runs. In the bottom of the fourth inning, FSCJ tied things up at four when Jordan Briones hit into a fielder's choice, but one run scored.

Chad Ragland started the game for the BlueWave going three innings, allowing four runs on five hits, striking out one and walking one. Quinton Brehm and Athanasi Obeius entered the game from the bullpen, throwing three and a third innings and two-thirds of an inning respectively.

Kevin Long, Dunn, and Tyler Prell all had one hit to lead FSCJ BlueWave Baseball.
