Chelsea Hinck will be entering her first season at the head volleyball coach for Florida State College at jacksonville.

Hinck returns to Jacksonville after spending the last six seasons with Williston State College in North Dakota. During her time at Williston, she led the NJCAA Division II program on and off the court to an impressive standing.  Her student-athletes were consistently named to the Academic Team, President, Dean’s List and selected to the Mon-Dak All-Conference Team. She also assisted her student-athletes in moving on to the next level both academically and athletically.

In 2014, Hinck began her coaching career at Ridgeview High School. She helped lead their varsity team to four district championships, as an assistant coach and head junior varsity coach (2014-2018). Throughout the year she also coached and traveled with area club programs; 904 Elite Volleyball Club and North Florida Pirates Volleyball Club.

Hincks volleyball playing career started at Ridgeview High School. In the off-season she played club volleyball in the Jacksonville area with JJVA, Blaze and CCVA from 2003-2010 and beach volleyball on the east coast from 2005-2010. She was then recruited to Gulf Coast State College to play indoor/beach volleyball.

Coach Hinck graduated with her Associates of Art Degree from Gulf Coast State College and went on to attain her CPT from National Academy of Sports Medicine.
