Title: Assistant Volleyball Coach

Megan Crawford has been hired as the assistant volleyball coach at Florida State College at Jacksonville. A native of Jacksonville, she brings leadership and experience in all areas of offense and defense.

Crawford served as the head coach for the North Florida Pirates Volleyball Club prior to arriving at FSCJ. She spent time as the head coach at Black Creek Volleyball Club in Middleburg, FL where she led the indoor and beach teams from 2017-18. At Orange Park High School, Crawford served as the junior varsity coach and assistant varsity coach for the 2014-18 seasons.

She competed at Emmanuel College in Franklin Springs, Georgia. Crawford started her collegiate playing career at Eastern Florida State College before transferring. Crawford attended Ridgeview High School in Orange Park, FL and participated on the JJVA Club indoor and beach programs.

"Crawford brings true passion for the game and will help to drive growth in what we envision for FSCJ Volleyball's future," stated first year head coach Chelsea Hinck. "She fosters a supportive and positive team culture that will shine within our coaching staff, while being a key component to our connection on and off the court. Her ability to connect with our players and dedication to the sport makes her a valuable addition to our program. We are thrilled to welcome her to Florida State College at Jacksonville."
