Diana Couch has assumed duties as the Sport Infomation Director (SID).

Couch served for three seasons as Head Women's Basketball Coach at Florida State College at Jacksonville for the 2023-2024 season. Couch is no stranger to FSCJ, as she served as the Associate Director of Athletics from 2018-2020 for the BlueWave and most recently served as the Co-Athletic Director and women's basketball coach during the 2020-2021 season.

In just two seasons Couch has helped to triple the wins of it's women's basketball program in an effort to turn the program around. In the process has also raised the teams overall Grade Point Average (GPA) to over a 3.0, produced seven Phi Theta Kappa (Academic Honor Society) members, eight FCSAA All-Academic Team members, eight NJCAA All-Academic Team members and three FCSAA All Conference selections. 

Couch comes to FSCJ from Indian River State College (IRSC), where she served as the head women's basketball coach from 2012-2018. During her six seasons with IRSC, Couch earned a reputation in the league for her defensive strategies and producing solid student-athletes who annually garnished FCSAA and NJCAA honors on and off the court. Couch also helped to elevate the importance of academics earning national recognition by the WBCA (Women's Basketball Coaches Association) four out of her six season with the River. Coach Couch also stressed service in the community and aided her teams in garnishing the "Seacoast National Bank Community Service Award" the first four years of its existence. During her time at Indian River State College Couch's additional duties included Intramural Coordinator, Athletic Website Coordinator and served as the Southern Conference Chair for women's basketball in her final season with Pioneers.

Prior to IRSC Couch spent eleven years coaching in the historic Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference. She spent three seasons as the head women's basketball Coach at Fort Scott Community College in Fort Scott, Kansas from 2009-2012. From 2007-2009 she made the move to NCAA II as the women's assistant basketball coach at Newman University in Wichita, KS. There she also served as the fitness center supervisor and was in charge of game day management. Her first head coaching position was at Neosho County Community College in Chanute, KS from 2004-2007 where she also served as the fitness center supervisor, residential dorm director, academic advisor and instructor. Coach Couch's first stint in Kansas was as an assistant coach at Independence Community College in Independence, KS from 2001-04 where she also was the residential dorm director. But her collegiate start began in Florida as the women's assistant basketball coach at Brevard Community College (currently Eastern Florida State College) from 1999-2001. 

Couch earned her Associates in Arts degree from Brevard Community College and went on to get Associate of Science degree in Photographic Technology from Daytona Beach Community College Southeastern Photographic Institute. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies with a minor in criminal justice from the University of Central Florida and her Masters in Coaching and Athletic Administration from Concordia University - Irvine.
