Women's Basketball set to host 2nd Annual Battle on Beach Blvd FSCJ Tip Off Classic

The Florida State College at Jacksonville women's basketball team is set to host the 2nd Annual Battle on Beach Blvd FSCJ Tip Off Classic Nov 3-4th.

FSCJ will play host to #3 nationally ranked Eastern Florida State College, Daytona State College, Florida Southwestern State College, Pensacola State College, Santa Fe College and visiting East Georgia State College and Southern Crescent Technical College.

Day one has the Santa Fe Saints facing the Bobcats of East Georgia at 12:00 p.m. Friday. Shortly after at 2:00 p.m., Eastern Florida State will battle Southern Crescent Tech followed by Florida Southwestern versus Pensacola State at 4:00. FSCJ will then tip off their season facing former conference rival Daytona State College at 6:00 p.m.

Saturday action resumes with a high noon match up when Southern Crescent Tech takes on Florida Southwestern. Immediately following at 2:00 p.m., Pensacola takes on nationally ranked Eastern Florida State. Wrapping up the second half of the day is East Georgia versus Daytona State College at 4:00 p.m. before FSCJ wraps up the classic facing Santa Fe in the final game at 6:00pm. 

Cost of admission is $10. All FSCJ faculty, staff and FSCJ students with ID will be free.
