Bio

Joe Kidd joined the softball coaching staff for the 2024-25 season at Florida State College at Jacksonville as the strength and conditioning coach. Kidd is coming from Trinity Baptist College where he served the last 2 years as the strength and conditioning coach as well as the recruiting coordinator.

Coach Kidd has been a strength and conditioning coach for multiple sports including football, baseball and softball. Kidd has coached for the past 15 years after a career in the U.S. Army. He has coached at Callahan Middle School, West Nassau High School, Yulee High School, Prime Travel Ball and Trinity Baptist College.

He is married to his wife of 35 years, Tina Kidd and they have 3 children: Joey, Jordan and Cassie.
