Berry records the win for the BlueWave softball team in their second meeting with Polk State this season.
Polk started things off in the second inning picking up their first run of the game. It was a late lead that pulled off the FSCJ win with the score tied at four a piece and the BlueWave up to bat in the top of the fifth. FSCJ's Madison Macik hit a single on a 1-1 count that drove in the winning run for the BlueWave.
Berry went seven innings for FSCJ allowing four runs on nine hits, striking out one and walking one. Breanna Swanson led Florida State College at Jacksonville with two hits in four at bats.
