The Florida State College at Jacksonville softball team hit the road once again headed to Sanford, FL for the Seminole State Tournament.
FSCJ had a slow start in the opening game versus Chattanooga State Community College. The BlueWave watched the game slip away early on when Chattanooga State scored on a double, a single and another double in the first inning. FSCJ's Breanna Swanson tried to help her team answer back in her first at bat with a single, but the BlueWave couldn't get their bats going.
The FSCJ BlueWave's struggled to put runs on the board and had a tough time defensively containing Chattanooga State, giving up eight runs and losing 8-0.
