FSCJ Baseball's 2025 Season Preview
As the 2025 baseball season approaches, the Florida State College at Jacksonville (FSCJ) Manta Rays are gearing up for a promising year. Under the leadership of Head Coach Brad Frick, FSCJ looks to take momentum from an outstanding fall performance into the spring season.

February 1, 2025
Season opener at home against Daytona State College at 12:00 PM.
February 7, 2025
Home game under the lights against USC Sumter at 6:00 PM.
February 15, 2025
Doubleheader at home with the first game against Heartland Community College at 11:00 AM, followed by a matchup with Northeast Mississippi Community College at 5:00 PM.
February 21, 2025
Away game at Lake-Sumter State College at 1:00 PM.
February 25, 2025
Away game at Santa Fe College at 2:00 PM.

Team Outlook
The Manta Rays are expected to showcase a blend of experienced sophomores and talented newcomers. Experienced sophomores include Billy Girgis and Alex Monile in the field as well as Cayden Robinson and Gant Geiger on the bump. The coaching staff has been active in recruitment, aiming to fill key positions and enhance the team's competitiveness within the conference. Nolan Hartsell, a redshirt freshman, will take the role as starting catcher to start the season as well as Keyon Ashby from Aruba in center field. Three impact transfers will also be in the starting lineup; Evan Rodriguez, Jack Newman, and Cobe Evans.
