ABAC 11, FSCJ 3
Tifton, GA. - The ABAC Stallions used a pair of big homers to cap off four run innings in both the second and sixth to bookend an offensive day for the home squad. Noah Wood (0-1) took the loss for FSCJ on the mound, throwing 4 innings, allowing 5 runs on 3 hits, 1 walk, and 2 strikeouts. FSCJ 11, ABAC 7
JACKSONVILLE, FLA. - FSCJ flipped the season script on Wednesday, taking their turns as the comeback kids. Down 5-1 going into the seventh inning, FSCJ plated 4 runs in the seventh and 6 in the eighth to win 11-7. The first run of the day for the Blue Wave came via a Jack Gidcumb (2) solo home run in the second inning that tied the game. A big Carson Womer two-RBI single along with two runs on wild pitches tied the game at 5-5 in the seventh. ABAC hit two home runs in the ninth to pull it to 11-7. Retamoza and Cintron had three-hit games. Womer had a two-hit outing with 4 RBI.
