In the final meeting between the FSCJ BlueWave and the Lake-Sumter Lakehawks the bats were on fire for FSCJ.

The Lakehawks got things moving in the first inning of a double scoring one run. FSCJ answered back putting two runs on the boards before the offensive onslaught took place in the bottom of the second inning. Lead by FSCJ's Chad Ragland, Logan Nugent, and Alex Luscombe whose RBI's scored four runs in the frame. Lake Sumter and Florida State College at Jacksonville would then go one for one in the third, seventh and eighth inning to bring the game to a close at 10-4 in favor of the BlueWave

Tyler Naumann got the start for FSCJ going eight innings, allowing four runs on seven hits, striking out six and walking one. The BlueWave tallied ten hits in the game with Chad Ragland and AJ Orrico managing multiple hits for FSCJ. Ragland went 3-for-3 at the plate to lead in hits.
