BlueWave defeat the Titans 7-6

FSCJ baseball grabbed an eighth inning win over St Petersburg College Saturday.

FSCJ tallied four runs in the fifth inning with big bats from Alex Luscombe, Trey Spratling-Williams, and Woullard, all sending runners across the plate with RBIs in the inning. In the top of the sixth inning, St Pete tied things up at six. But the bottom of the eighth with FSCJ at bat Phillip Woullard's sac fly scored one run for FSCJ BlueWave Baseball.

 

Brandon Cruz was the winning pitcher for the BlueWave lasting two and two-thirds innings, allowing one hit and zero runs while striking out two. Dalton Terrell and Jordan Briones entered the game out of the bullpen and helped to close out the game in relief. Terrell recorded the last three outs to earn the save for FSCJ BlueWave Baseball.

Chris Ragosta started the game for FSCJ BlueWave Baseball. He surrendered five runs on three hits over four and two-thirds innings, striking out three

FSCJ BlueWave racked up seven hits in the game. Spratling-Williams and Austin Morton each managed multiple hits to lead the team.
