BlueWave Baseball Players selected to MFC All-Star Game

The Florida State College at Jacksonville BlueWave baseball program will have five of their players representing FSCJ at his years Sophomore All Star game slated for Sunday October 28th at 10:00am.

This annual event held in Lakeland, FL at the Joker Marchant Stadium features players from each conference that are selected and voted on by the collaboration of coaches. The All-Star weekend is October 27-28th with several games played, each representing the different conferences and players. Immediately following the All-Star games sophomores are provided an opportunity to take part of an additional workout. 

The FSCJ student-athletes selected to represent the BlueWave athletics program are all five local sophomores from the from Duval County area. The first BlueWave player selected will be 1B Trey Spratling- Williams from Jacksonville, FL a graduated from Episcopal HS. Trey was a second team all Mid-Florida Conference (MFC) selection last season. Chad Ragland, a Jacksonville native and graduate from Trinity Christian Academy, will be pitching and playing in the Outfield for the game. Austin Morton from Fleming Island High School will be representing in the Middle Infield. While Pitchers Quinton Brehm from Ponte Vedra High School and Tyler Naumann from Terry Parker High School will both be throwing in the game.
