Bio

Lynn Winkler was born in Panama City, Panama, and grew up in Jacksonville, Florida, where she attended Atlantic Coast High School. A standout student-athlete, Lynn competed in both cross country and track & field for four years, earning All-Regional honors.

Choosing FSCJ to continue her athletic and academic journey, Lynn made her mark as a member of the Manta Rays. She earned FCSAA and USTFCCCA All-Academic Scholar Athlete awards, was named to the Dean’s List, and qualified for the NJCAA Cross Country National Championships. As team captain, she helped lead FSCJ to a national ranking of 24th, and she still holds the 6th-best all-time mark in program history on the FSCJ Cross Country Top 10 list.

Today, Lynn brings that same leadership, competitive drive, and love for the sport to the FSCJ Manta Rays as an assistant coach, helping to guide and inspire the next generation of runners.
