Nicolette Ramos named Panhandle Volleyball Player of the Year

FSCJ BlueWave Sophomore Outside Hitter Nicolette Ramos (Sandalwood HS/Jacksonville, FL) has been named 2018 Panhandle Conference Volleyball Player of the Year.  Ramos led the conference in kills per set and points per set this season.  She is also ranked 3rd nationally (NJCAA) in kills per set with an average of 4.10 and 3rd nationally in points per set with an average of 4.9.  Ramos is undecided about her next step in playing volleyball collegiately or not.  Right now, she will help lead her team to its' second NJCAA Regional/District Tournament next week in Bradenton, Florida.  The team will play St. Petersburg College at 10am on Friday, November 2nd.
