FSCJ softball program receives All-Sun Lakes Conference honors

The Florida State College at Jacksonville is proud to announce that five members of the BlueWave softball program received All-Sun Lakes Conference recognition.

Sophomore catcher, Haley Bond received 1st team honors. Bond originally from Tallahassee, FL, started all 41 games leading the team with 51 hits, 10 doubles, 39 RBI's and 7 home runs. Haley completed her season with a .402 Batting average.

FSCJ also had four student-athletes receive 2nd team honors in the All-Sun Lakes Conference. Bailey Studt, a sophomore infielder from Callahan, FL, was honored for her 41 hits and leading the team with a .406 batting average. Teamamte Casey Erb, a sophomore right fielder from Yulee, FL, also received honors. Casey had 38 hits and led the team in home runs with 8 while holding a .328 batting average. Freshman, Harley Guynn a left fielder from Hilliard, FL, held a .391 batting average and had 45 hits including 7 doubles. Rounding out the honors is Mykhala Moore, a freshman center fielder also from Hilliard, FL who led the team with a .984 fielding %  and completed her season with a .381 batting average.
